FieldComm Group offers a Product Service Program (PSP) for a selection of its development tools. The PSP provides the resources to ensure the continuation of high-quality technical support and regular product updates and enhancements for the tools. Our goal is to meet the rapidly growing demand from FieldComm Group members for technical support and for expanded test tool capabilities.
FieldComm Group Product Registration programs rely upon the latest released versions of the tools, the Product Service Program ensures your development team has access to the valid versions of the tools. Keeping these tools up-to-date is imperative to the success of a field device test and registration with FieldComm Group. The submitted products are required to pass the latest version of the test kits available from FieldComm Group.
Participation in PSP is included in addition to the initial tool purchase and automatically invoiced for renewal as you approach the end of the first enrollment term.

Benefits of the Product Service Program
Developers who are the license holder of a development tool with an active Product Service Progam receive the following benefits:
- Reasonable efforts to correct errors in software, or provide workaround solutions
- Beta Software for evaluation
- Software updates of the official release versions
- Hardware repair or replacement for defective or failed components
- Technical Support to assist in using the covered product

Pricing for the Product Service Program
The PSP is auto-renewed each year until you choose to cancel this service. Pricing is subject to change, however, the latest information will be made available here. Enrollment is required for each separate tool, please see the table below for eligibility. You may be required to sign a license agreement for certain tools.
Non-Members may require an active IP License Agreement with FieldComm Group prior to purchase.

Source Code Partner Programs
Partner Programs require continuous enrollment in the Product Service Program to maintain the licensing agreement requirements. Maintenance of source code is renewed annually. These development tools require an executed Software Maintenance Agreement in conjunction with the End User License Agreement. - typically signed together when initially purchased.
This affects the HART Server Partner Program, FDI EDD Engine X, Smart Device Configurator (625) Source Code Partner Program, DD Services, and FDI Common Host Components. Samples of these license agreements can be found in our shop.
Enrolling in the source code partner programs ensures continuous access to the latest available technology for implementation within your products. Cancellation of the license may require the removal of the provided source from all sellable products.
Re-Activation Pricing for Lapsed Product Service Program
Re-activation of a lapsed PSP subscription incurs a re-activation fee (25% of the current purchase price, excluding PSP) in addition to the first year of the new PSP subscription. The fees are presented as the sum total of the re-activation fee and the first year of the PSP subscription in the table below. Pricing is subject to change, however, the latest information will be made available here.
