Definitions for Membership Contacts
MANAGEMENT CONTACT | The Management Contact is a person of a higher level of authority within the member company. This person would ordinarily only be contacted when the Primary Contact is unavailable or a question arises which requires a person with a higher level of authority. |
PRIMARY CONTACT | The Primary Contact is the main contact with FieldComm Group. This person will be contacted annually to obtain updates or changes to membership information, and, if applicable, will also receive revisions to the Intellectual Property Rights License. The Primary Contact also receives all marketing communications which includes Bits & Bytes announcements, press releases, and other general news releases or promotional opportunities. |
VOTING CONTACT | The Voting Contact is authorized by the member company to vote in FieldComm Group elections or other business as necessary. Consequently, the voting contact receives the proxy voting package in advance of the annual elections held during the General Assembly Business Meeting. |
MARKETING CONTACT | The Marketing Contact receives all marketing communications which includes Bits & Bytes announcements, press releases, and other general news releases or promotional opportunities. |
TECHNICAL CONTACT | The Engineering/Technical Contact receives announcements regarding product releases or updates and limited download opportunities. |
INVOICE CONTACT | The Invoice Contact receives communication when the Group needs help with a billing concern which cannot be resolved by the Primary Contact. |
